Career

Jen’s research interests lie in the measurement of firm-level and sectoral-level productivity with a specific focus on understanding productivity trends in the UK and worldwide. He is also interested in international economics where his current research explores various issues relating to foreign direct investment, multinational firms, and multi-product firms. Jen has also been involved in a research team based in the National University of Ireland Galway, studying the star-scientist recruitment policy.
